Jack merely nodded. He kept silent as she climbed into the SUV, he felt her gaze on him, but he didn’t return the favor. Bauer remained quiet, thinking with great depth, he didn’t know what to say let alone do, so he merely drove. He could imagine that what she was going through was traumatic, and he was rather surprised she had remained sane for so long. With her glance on him, he exchanged a brief glance, quick to return to the road.
Peripheral vision saw her hand move to her stomach, he felt sympathy and remorse. [ It’ll mean more with someone who means something. ] He tried to convince her, it wasn’t a good topic, he knew it, but he didn’t know what to say. [ I-um, I’m going to put you with O’Brian, rather than me. I don’t think it’d be a good idea to work together. Things are—uh a little awkward right now. ] The words considerate as he glanced softly upon her, listening for a response.

Sarah really wanted to burst out crying and scream "no" no that she lost the baby. no that she didnt wanna lose the baby no everything. it was all a mess and she wasnt happy at all. looking at the scene that was flying by her as jack drove she relaxed up against the seat some move. bitting her lower lip she hoped that she could only take her hurt and anger out in the shooting range tomorrow or so.
Listening to what he randomly stated.. or atleast she thought he randomly stated it she looked around for a moment before just nodding not sure if he saw the nodd or what. Glancing at him just at the moment he glanced at her she said "whatever you feel is right. your the boss" she said simple words

Jack lightly shrugged to her response to his suggestion, she didn't seem to care one way or another-- he understood. Sarah's house came up quicker than he expected, nearly thrusting the brake to the floor, but he merely padded it and reversed. His jaw rotated lightly debating on whether or not offering to walk her up, but he figured she may want to be alone. [ Want me to walk you up? ] He questioned softly.
Jack had gone against all personal morals he had set, in the field, it was different. When it came to a relationship he had to more docile, and he was failing at it. He felt terrible for Sarah, how one drunk night turned into a day of hell for her. His grasp on the steering wheel was uncomfortably tight and his breath held in his lungs as if trying to deprive him to be the least amount of torture he could receive for torturing her as he did. Jack didnt' wait for her to answer, he stepped out and pulled open her door-- [ Lets go. ] He mumbled.
