History: Caley's parents met in Ireland. Her mother was a CIA operative and her father was part of the IRA. They married and her father moved to the States. Caley was raised to be competent and independent. She could handle firearms from a young age and became very good at reading people. Her parents were killed on a mission just days after her 12th birthday. She was never given any details, the mission was classified. Her guardianship was handed over to Daniel "Wolf" Milligan, an experienced and retired operative. She was sent to a private school and got the best tutors. She graduated two years early from high school, whizzed through a Bachelor's Degree, and started training for the CIA. Two years with the Agency and it was decided her talents would be best used at CTU.
Personality: Caley's always had everything she wanted, first when he parents spoiled her and then when her guardian gave her the best of everything. She's not really spoiled, but completely confident in her abilities and tends to think no one can do it better than she can. Most the time she's right, but not always.
